A direct transfer is not possible. However, your existing WeatherPromise can remain valid if:
Your travel dates remain unchanged, and
Your new accommodation is within 8 km (5 miles) of the original location.
Please send us the details of your new accommodation along with your contract number so we can review the adjustment.
